General Terms and Conditions of Use – ZotPro

1. Presentation of the Platform
ZotPro is a platform connecting users with service professionals.
The platform allows users to:

search for professionals,

submit service requests,

communicate with professionals,
-
receive quotations,
-
and book services.
ZotPro acts solely as a technical intermediary and matchmaking platform.
PART A — CONDITIONS FOR USERS
2. Purpose of the Service
ZotPro enables users to connect with independent professionals offering services through the platform.
All services are performed directly by professionals under their sole responsibility.
3. ZotPro’s Responsibility
ZotPro does not intervene in:

the execution of services,
-
the quality of work performed,
-
service delays,
-
quotations,
-
pricing,
-
payments between users and professionals,
-
or disputes between users and professionals.
Therefore, ZotPro cannot be held responsible for:

poor workmanship,
-
delays,
-
damages,
-
commercial disagreements,
-
refusal of refunds,
-
or any issue related to a service provided by a professional.
Any complaint, refund request, or dispute must be handled directly between the user and the concerned professional.
4. Service Payments
Payments for services are made directly between the user and the professional.
ZotPro does not collect payments for services performed through the platform and does not intervene in financial transactions between users and professionals.
The professional is responsible for providing the client with any invoice, receipt, or commercial document related to the service performed.
5. Use of the Platform
Users agree to:

provide accurate information,
-
use the platform legally and respectfully,
-
refrain from publishing abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
ZotPro reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete any user account in case of violation of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Reviews and Ratings
Users may leave reviews regarding professionals after a completed service.
Reviews must be:

genuine,
-
objective,
-
respectful,
-
and based on a real experience.
Any abusive, false, or defamatory review may be removed by ZotPro.
PART B — CONDITIONS FOR PROFESSIONALS
7. Professional Registration
Professionals wishing to use ZotPro must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including:

professional identity,
-
business registration number where applicable,
-
contact details,
-
and supporting documents requested by ZotPro.
ZotPro reserves the right to refuse or remove any professional account at any time in cases of:
-
inaccurate information,
-
fraud,
-
or behavior damaging the platform’s image.
8. Professional Responsibility
Professionals are solely responsible for:
-
the quality of their services,
-
quotations,
-
pricing,
-
insurance coverage,
-
legal and tax obligations,
-
invoices,
-
and the commercial relationship with their clients.
Professionals acknowledge that ZotPro acts solely as a matchmaking platform.
As a result, professionals are fully responsible for handling:
-
disputes,
-
complaints,
-
refunds,
-
and any conflicts with their clients.
ZotPro cannot be held liable for damages, losses, or disputes related to services provided by professionals.
9. Reviews Management and Service Quality
ZotPro highly values its reputation and aims to maintain a serious and trustworthy platform for users.
Therefore:
-
in the event of a negative review, the professional may receive an email or phone call requesting explanations regarding the reported issue;
-
in the event of three (3) verified negative reviews, ZotPro reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently remove the professional from the platform, without compensation or refund.
ZotPro also reserves the right to remove any professional:
-
damaging the platform’s reputation,
-
displaying inappropriate behavior,
-
or receiving repeated verified complaints.
10. Subscription and Payments
In order to appear on the ZotPro platform and access professional features, professionals must subscribe to a monthly subscription of €49 per month.
ZotPro applies a 0% commission on services performed through the platform.
Payments for services are made directly between the client and the professional.
Professionals remain fully responsible for:

invoicing,
-
tax declarations,
-
and their accounting and legal obligations.
Any subscription started is considered due unless otherwise required by applicable law.
11. Service Availability
ZotPro strives to ensure platform access 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Maintenance operations or technical incidents may temporarily affect access to the service.
12. Data Protection
Collected data is used solely for the operation of the platform and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Users and professionals have the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data.
13. Modification of the Terms
ZotPro reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated terms become effective immediately upon publication on the platform.
14. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before initiating legal proceedings.
Failing an amicable agreement, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts corresponding to ZotPro’s registered office.
