Refund and Cancellation Policy – ZotPro

1. Introduction

ZotPro is a platform connecting users with service professionals.

ZotPro does not perform or manage the services provided by professionals and acts solely as a technical intermediary platform.

This policy defines the rules regarding:

  • cancellations,
  • refunds,
  • and potential disputes.

PART A — USERS

2. Service Cancellation

Users may cancel a request or booking directly with the concerned professional.

Cancellation conditions (deadlines, possible fees, deposits, refunds) are determined solely by each professional.

It is the user’s responsibility to review the professional’s cancellation terms before confirming any booking.


3. Refunds

ZotPro does not issue refunds related to services provided by professionals.

Any refund request related to:

  • a service,
  • a deposit,
  • a payment,
  • or a dispute,

must be addressed directly to the concerned professional.

ZotPro cannot be held responsible for:

  • refusal of a refund,
  • commercial disagreements,
  • or services considered unsatisfactory.

4. Disputes Between Users and Professionals

In the event of a dispute, users and professionals agree to seek an amicable resolution.

ZotPro may, at its discretion:

  • review a report,
  • contact the parties involved,
  • or take measures regarding a professional’s account.

However, ZotPro does not guarantee dispute resolution and cannot be held responsible for consequences related to services performed by professionals.


PART B — PROFESSIONALS

5. Cancellation and Refund Management

Each professional is fully responsible for:

  • their cancellation conditions,
  • refund policies,
  • deposits,
  • and customer dispute management.

Professionals agree to clearly communicate their conditions to users before providing any service.


6. Professional Responsibility

Professionals are solely responsible for:

  • services performed,
  • potential refunds,
  • delays,
  • cancellations,
  • and customer complaints.

ZotPro cannot be held liable for financial losses, damages, or disputes related to services offered by professionals.


7. Professional Subscriptions

Professional subscriptions purchased on ZotPro are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

In case of cancellation:

  • access to paid features will remain active until the end of the already-paid subscription period;
  • no partial or full refund will be issued for the remaining period.

8. Suspension or Removal of a Professional

ZotPro reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove a professional account in cases of:

  • abusive behavior,
  • fraud,
  • false information,
  • violation of platform rules,
  • or multiple verified negative reviews.

In the event of suspension or removal due to violation of platform rules, no subscription refund may be claimed.
